Where does Model Concepts operate?

At the moment we don’t offer design services alone. We want to make sure your dream design turns into reality and can only help you do that if we work together through the entire process. However, if you already have a contractor and they are open to working with us, we would be happy to do that at the price they quoted you.

We encourage all of our customers and contractors to protect themselves and others from COVID-19 by following the CDC guidelines, which includes isolating or quarantining as necessary, wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, maintaining social distancing, and getting vaccinated. We also recommend reviewing state, local, and building department guidance specific to your area.
